Meet the Staff
John Casson F.R.I.C.S.
John is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is Managing Director of the firm. As well as managing the business he is actively involved in commercial estate agency and professional work including Homebuyers, Building Surveys and Valuations, which are performed in Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire via John Casson Survey Services Limited.
Toby Wood M.N.A.E.A.
Toby is our Sales Director and is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Toby, who was born and bred in the area, has had ten years' experience working for local and corporate estate agents in Suffolk and knows the area intimately. He is happy to give informed valuation and marketing advice on request.
Ben Gilligan
Ben joined the team in 2011 and works as both a Sales & Lettings valuer as well as working in the office greeting clients and negotiating sales. Having started his career in 2001 Ben has worked in Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich & Sudbury which gives great experience of the Suffolk Property Market.
Sue Casson
Sue is also a Director of Marshall Buck & Casson and is in charge of office management.
Sue has many years of experience in estate agency but over the past twelve years has been with Marshall Buck & Casson assisting in all aspects of house sales.
Amanda Rivera
Amanda is an associate and has been with the firm for six years having previously worked in estate agency in America. Amanda is well versed in the art of negotiation and her friendly manner and considerable estate agency knowledge make her an important member of the Marshall Buck & Casson team.
Karen Buck M.N.A.E.A.
Karen has been with Marshall Buck & Casson for sixteen years and has in that time developed a complete range of estate agency skills from secretarial to negotiation. These days Karen's expertise is concentrated in the very important area of sales progression for which she is renowned.
Sue Ramsay
Sue has been with Marshall Buck & Casson for six years and provides all the secretarial and IT skills for supporting the sales team.
Sue Anderson
Sue is in charge of secretarial services provided by John Casson Survey Services Limited and also the commercial estate agency business, Marshall Buck & Casson Commercial.
