We undertake residential surveys and valuations on all types of residential properties from a modest small flat to large town and country properties. There are three main types of inspection.
Valuation Report
This is a limited basic inspection of a property primarily designed to access the value and basic overall condition. It does not include a detailed inspection of the property but does include an insurance replacement cost.
RICS Homebuyer Survey
This is a detailed inspection report designed for properties of conventional construction. It is provided in an easy to follow format and highlights urgent and significant matters requiring your attention. It includes a market valuation and an insurance replacement cost.
Building Survey
An individually prepared detailed report designed to advise of all significant and urgent matters for properties of all types and kinds of construction. Particularly suitable for old properties of unusual or timber framed construction, the report can also include an insurance and market valuation.
We can also carry out insurance valuations on all types of properties using the BCIS Rebuilding cost tables.
