There are always a number of associated fees when moving and we are well aware of the need for us as estate agents to provide a competitive fee structure whilst maintaining a superb standard of service. To this end we are always happy to discuss fees at the time of valuation and are able to work on either a percentage or flat fee basis. We are also able to factor in legal costs and the costs of Home Information Packs.
